    Description

    The cost of the Sync2Fashion Service includes 2 mandatory subscription fees for the provision of the service:

    • annual "Membership" fee, valid for 12 months starting from the subscription activation date, for enrollment in the synchronization and dropshipping service;
    • monthly "Dropship Sync" fee, valid for 30 days from the activation date or last renewal, for the use of the synchronization Plugins, the Web Services APIs and for access to the digital catalog resources / order forwarding to the griffati.com platform.

    • Dashboard interface available in 5 languages (IT, EN, ES, FR, DE)

     

    The following optional services can be activated in addition to the subscription:

    • myLogo Pack — + €25 (VAT excluded): 25 adhesive labels with black/white print, customized with your brand's logo. The logo must be provided by you.
    • myBox Pack — + €100 (VAT excluded): 100 custom boxes/envelopes, which you must supply to our warehouse.

      Returns & Delivery

      When will my order be delivered?

      We offer standard shipping to the United States. Your order will be packaged really carefully and may be delivered in separate boxes. Delivery takes between 2-7 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

      Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
