Ensure your moisturiser is completely dry before beginning. A damp moisturiser will affect how your makeup lasts during the day. Primer – We have formulated a Mineral Primer that binds seamlessly with our Liquid Foundation. This primer feels like silk on your skin! It evens out your skin tone and creates a ‘blurring’ effect, minimising any uneven texture of your skin. Apply Primer with your finger tips and allow to dry for a minute or so. Now you are ready to apply the Liquid Foundation.  Beauty Sponge – We have created the highest quality sponge possible. You can notice how easily your foundation will apply and blend due to the quality of this sponge. Our sponge can be used wet or dry. Unlike many other sponges you may have tried that can not be used dry, this little beauty has been designed especially to be used either way. If you are using it wet, ensure that is not actually wet but more so just damp. If it is too wet the water will mix too much with the foundation and can cause separation of the foundation during the day.  It is so important to create a nice even base. Spending the time to blend your foundation will see that you are left with a nicer finish and ensure you makeup lasts all day. Buffer Brush – Our buffer brush will apply this foundation quick and easily. You would use this type of brush if you like applying your foundation in a buffing motion. You can lightly swirl the brush against your skin and also pat the brush onto your skin. You can use the brush alone or apply the foundation with the brush and then blend with the sponge by patting the sponge on to the skin. Liquid Foundation Brush – This brush is used if you like applying your foundation in a painting motion. You can use the brush alone or apply the foundation with the brush and then blend with the sponge by patting the sponge on to the skin. Fingers – If you prefer using your hands, by all means this is ok. You may like to finish off with the beauty sponge to ensure a nice blended finish.   Using the Beauty sponge Dampen the sponge. We don’t want it ‘wet’, just damp. If it is too wet, you can squeeze it in a towel to rid the excess water. Squeeze some foundation onto your hand (or another clean surface) then pat the sponge into the foundation then lightly pat onto your face. You do not want a lot of foundation at first. Going in too heavy can leave you with a cakey uneven finish. Apply a lighter amount all over your face. Pay attention to any creases or areas that are hard to get to, like around your nose.  Blend by patting the sponge up and down onto your skin. One layer will give you a medium coverage. If you like more coverage just apply more foundation and layer it, blending well between each layer. It is important that each layer is blended beautifully together so that you are left with a flawless finish. Once you are happy with the coverage you can apply concealer then set everything into place with our HD Powder or Veil Applying Liquid concealer We all love to brighten our under eye area and our Liquid Concealers will do this amazingly. Apply the concealer to the undereye area then blend with the beauty sponge by lightly patting into the skin. Being very carefull around the eye area. Once blended you can set the concealer with our HD Powder or Veil Applying HD Powder or Veil Dip the sponge into the HD Powder or Veil and lightly press onto the areas you have applied the concealer. This will stop the concealer creasing. Apply HD Powder or Veil over the rest of the face, using either our Powder brush or Beauty Sponge. If you use the Beauty Sponge , dip the sponge into the HD Powder then lightly press all over you face ensuring the HD Powder  or Veil and Foundation blend seamlessly. If you use the Powder Brush, dip the sponge into the HD Powder/Veil then lightly press the brush all over our face. Pressing instead of sweeping the brush will ensure that you don’t move the foundation at all.    I WANT MORE COVERAGE! If the liquid foundation full coverage is not enough, just apply our Loose Mineral Foundation over the top. You will be blown away!! We have created our Liquid Foundation to blend seamlessly with our Loose Mineral Foundation. Wearing these beauties together will allow you to achieve the fullest coverage possible. How to apply Loose Mineral Foundation For the absolute fullest coverage dip our Kabuki brush into the Loose Mineral Foundation and apply it by patting onto the skin. Applying evenly. Or you can apply with light sweeping motions using the Kabuki brush. Being very careful not to move any of the foundation with the brush.  For a not so full coverage finish you can use our Powder brush.   Once you have finished your base you can move on to everything else (blush, eyeshadow etc) then a light layer of HD Powder using our Powder brush to finish it off.   SHADES We have included a comparison to our Loose Mineral Foundation shades.
